Listed below is some basic information about our shipping policies:

1. Usually we need 7-10 days to produce customize sample orders. If you need an item by a particular date, please include a note in your order comments and we will do our level best to meet your needs.
2. In normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after production complete. But when it during holidays, we need more time to ship the orders. Your shipping selection does not impact how quickly your order leaves our warehouse, but instead, the actual time your order is likely to be transit.
3. We offer air freight, rail transport and ocean shipping. The shipping will depend on the specific weight or volume of your order.
4. We never add handling fees to your shipping costs and are passing on exactly what the carrier charges us to ship your package to you, which varies based on what you buy and where you live.
5. We can't be responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our warehouse. But we will do our best to push the carrier to offer faster delivery.
6. If you are interested in purchasing in bulk from us, please email us for an estimated shipping charge. Let us know the following: which model carbon fiber items you'd like; zip code of destination; and whether the delivery address is a residential or commercial location. We'll give you a quote right away and process your order promptly.
